Built on a love for cabins.
Some of my favorite childhood memories were made in Three Lakes, where my family spent summers surrounded by pine trees, quiet lakes, and cozy cabins. Those trips sparked a love for the Northwoods that never faded. Years later, my husband and I knew this was where we wanted to build our life, and we made the move here permanently.
Maplewood Cabin Care grew from that same love. Every home and cabin I care for is treated with the respect and attention I’d give my own, because I know these places aren’t just buildings—they’re where families gather, traditions are made, and weekends become lifelong memories.
Meet the Owner and Growing Team
Hi! I’m Maggie. Before I started Maplewood Cabin Care, I spent over 10 years working in hospitality at luxury resorts. While my job was at the front desk, I worked closely with every department — especially housekeeping — and saw firsthand what creates an exceptional guest experience.
It taught me that cleanliness isn’t just about having a tidy room; it’s about the details. The first impression when you open the door. That feeling of being able to fully unwind after a long day. The little things that make someone instantly feel comfortable and relaxed at home.
That hospitality mindset is something I’ve carried into my business. Whether I’m cleaning a family home or preparing a vacation rental for arriving guests, my goal is always the same: to create a space that feels welcoming, cared for, and cozy.
When I’m not cleaning, you can find me in my garden feeding the birds and chipmunks or exploring the deep woods with my best friend and husband, Jim, and my soul dog, Luna.
